Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Excel Health Careers website or enrolling in any of our programs, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and any future modifications. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or register for our programs.
Course Enrollment and Requirements
All students must:
- Be at least 17 years of age (minors require parental consent)
- Provide proof of high school diploma or GED
- Attend a facility tour and interview prior to enrollment
- Agree to abide by all academic and behavioral policies stated in the catalog
Enrollment is subject to capacity limits and admission approval by Excel Health Careers staff.
Tuition, Fees, and Payments
Tuition is currently $4,000, which includes books, lab use, and materials. Students may choose from multiple payment plans. All payments must be completed as agreed upon during enrollment. A $45 fee applies to returned checks. No certificate will be issued until the balance is paid in full.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Students may cancel their enrollment within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) for a full refund. Refunds are calculated based on the last date of attendance and follow the Texas Workforce Commission’s pro rata refund standards. Administrative fees and used materials are non-refundable.

Certificate of Completion
Certificates are awarded only to students who:
- Complete all required coursework and externship hours
- Maintain at least 75% attendance and a 75% or higher average
- Fulfill all financial obligations
Academic Conduct and Behavior
Students are expected to maintain professionalism at all times. Grounds for disciplinary action or dismissal include, but are not limited to:
- Academic dishonesty
- Excessive tardiness or unexcused absences
- Harassment or disruptive behavior
- Possession of weapons, drugs, or alcohol on school property
Students dismissed for misconduct may reapply after a waiting period and will be placed on probation if reaccepted.
Intellectual Property
All training materials, course content, videos, presentations, and online modules are the intellectual property of Excel Health Careers LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of these materials is strictly prohibited.
Job Placement Support
Excel Health Careers provides assistance with resume development and externship placement but does not guarantee employment upon completion of the program.
Limitation of Liability
Excel Health Careers is not responsible for interruptions to class schedules caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, utility failure, or third-party platform issues. Liability for any claims is strictly limited to the amount of tuition paid by the student.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Excel Health Careers.
Excel Health Careers has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Excel Health Careers shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Messaging Consent
You agree to receive Appointment reminders, Conversational / Customer care messages from Excel Health Careers LLC. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. For help, reply HELP or email us at contact@excelhealthcareers.com. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from your participation in our programs shall be resolved in the courts of Bexar County, Texas.
Modifications
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
